Where to Buy entries and the Retailer Policy Register are built from retailers’ published policies and product feeds. If you run a jewelry store and want to be considered, submit the details below. Our editors review every submission, verify the policy pages and the feed, and decide what appears on the site.
What we need
A public returns policy, warranty policy, resizing policy and (if you have one) upgrade program page; the grading labs you carry; showroom locations if any; and a product feed URL in Google Shopping XML or CSV format with price, availability and product links.
What happens next
Editors check that each policy page says what the submission says, test the feed, and score the store on the same five criteria as every retailer already listed. Listings that appear on the site are verified by our editors. We reply within five business days.
