How to read the register
Return windows are counted from delivery unless the retailer states otherwise. "Per published policy" means the retailer states the term but not every condition; read the linked page before relying on it. Upgrade programs differ in what the credit covers (stone only, or the finished piece) and in the minimum step-up required, so the register records the retailer's wording rather than a summary.
